C: Good morning. My name is Cinthya and I'm phoning from Multipelli. We placed an order about three weeks ago for 120 leather jackets but we received the order today and it is not exactly that we paid for. I am phoning to ask you how to resolve this problem.
G: Rigth mam. What is your company name again?
C: Multipelli. That's M-U-L-T-I-P-E-L-L-I
G: Do you know your account reference number?
C: Yes. I've got it here on a previous invoice it is 0043724.
G: What exactly did you order?
C: It was 120 leather jackets, 40 small, 40 medium and 40 large.
G: And what did you receive?
C: Well, we received 40 small and 80 medium jackets.
G: We apologize for that. We are going to send you the missing jackets immediately.
C: So when we should get them?
G: They should certainly be with you on Friday 7th of October. Finally I would be grateful if you could send back the extra jackets please and of course the delivery cost will be covered by Roco.
C: Yes, of course. We don't have any problem.
G: Thanks so much. One more question what is your surname?
C: It is Flores. That's F-L-O-R-E-S
