Hi, I’m Abigail Jonson, I’m president and CEO of Fidelity Investment. Fidelity Investment is an American Multinational Financial services, is one of the most important corporation in America. But keep that prestige it’s difficult, because like CEO all days’ deal with different problems and I have to take important decisions, the good news it’s, I’m not alone, I count with and excellent team work integrating by CFO, CMO and 5 presidents who are responsible for different areas of the company, like accounting department, sales department, human resources and investigation and Production.

 As CEO It’s highly important be the connection between inner and outer that you company, because it’s your assignment see the opportunities when the others didn’t. This responsibility involves defining the significate outer; decide in which business are and in which not; keep the balance between the present and the future. I can’t say so many others activities and responsibilities, who are in charge, maybe in other occasion I say them.

G: Customer services

C: Good morning. My name is Cinthya and I'm phoning from Multipelli. We placed an order about three weeks ago for 120 leather jackets but we received the order today and it is not exactly that we paid for. I am phoning to ask you how to resolve this problem.

G: Rigth mam. What is your company name again?

C: Multipelli. That's M-U-L-T-I-P-E-L-L-I

G: Do you know your account reference number?

C: Yes. I've got it here on a previous invoice it is 0043724.

G: What exactly did you order?

C: It was 120 leather jackets, 40 small, 40 medium and 40 large.

G: And what did you receive?

C: Well, we received 40 small and 80 medium jackets.

G: We apologize for that. We are going to send you the missing jackets immediately.

C: So when we should get them?

G: They should certainly be with  you on Friday 7th of October. Finally I would be grateful if you could send back the extra jackets please and of course the delivery cost will be covered by Roco.

C: Yes, of course. We don't have any problem.

G: Thanks so much. One more question what is your surname?

C: It is Flores. That's F-L-O-R-E-S

G: Thanks. Good Bye!

As you already know me, in this occasion I wish to give you the greeting at the new semester that I'm studying, Remedial V!
Along this months I show you some activities who are enriching me and helping to develop different skills.
