C: Hello! Good Monrning!
Y: Good Morning, feel comfortable, please. Cinthya Selene, right ? How do you prefer to call yourself? Cinthya or Selene?
C: Cinthya it’s ok.
Y: Cinthya, tell me about you career?
C: I study sixth semester to finance in Institute Technology and Higher education in Monterrey, so I am here because I am looking for a company when I do my professional practices.
Y: Perfect, in Ingration Group we have a training program, that is special for students, in this program we offer you the opportunity to work and continue your studies at the same time
C: It´s perfect for me
Y: Ok, let me ask you some questions, why work in consultor sector?
C: Because I already started in the professional life, so I wish I could learn about more possible areas. So in a consulter you can work in many projects, each project have one different problem or objective to do, so you have to give the best version of yourself.
Y: Like you tell me, here we work in teams, what roll you play usually in a team?
C: I’m a native leader, so when I identify a necessity for one persons who show the way that all to follow, always I tried be this person. But, when the team already has a leader, its fine to, because y don’t have problem because I am flexible about the position hierarchy that I develop.
Y: So, you are a leader and flexible, what other characteristics or abilities do you have?
C: I’m responsible, I have so strong my ethics skills and I am good at administrating my time.
Y: but not all it’s good what is your negative characteristics?
C: frequently I am a perfectionist. And always I need to conclude all projects to I star and I say always my opinion to everyone, I don’t care the position hierarchy.
Y: Cinthya, I see, you’re from to Cuernavaca. Do You have a problem to change your residence?
C: no, I have no problem, I am willing to move here if it is necessary.
